What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shipping/Receiving Clerk position at NES Fircroft?
Job Summary:
- Inspect purchased parts and materials, identifying defects, approving or rejecting items, testing material composition, checking if products are conform to standards, and reporting to customers.
- Works closely with Quality Control Inspectors to ensure that all manufacturing and inspection activities are performed in compliance with process work documents
- Monitor deliveries — opening boxes, viewing all items, and counting products upon receiving them.
- Scan items received into inventory and track (as well as refuse) all inaccurate orders delivered.
- Write inventory reports for all incoming and outgoing shipments, and they also inspect outgoing shipments for proper packaging, as well as address and product accuracy.
- Performs extra duties or special projects when requested
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Experience:
- Manufacturing: 2 years (Preferred)
- Quality inspection: 2 years (Preferred)
