Large, local healthcare provider is seeking a Full-Time Accounts Payable/Accounting Clerk to join its team.

- Pay rate is $24-26/hr.
- Full benefit package
- Hours are fully onsite, M-F, day shift
- Great opportunity for recent graduates
- Accurately process incoming invoices and prepare weekly payments for vendors and reconcile vendor statements
- Update and maintain vendor information (including managing W9s and 1099s)
- Process refunds to patients
- Assist with other expenses such as health insurance bills, credit card charges and employee expense reports
- Generate and follow up on monthly small volume of invoices for services
- Other responsibilities include filing and scanning, managing off-site document storage, annual audit support, occasional mailings and other duties as assigned.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles

Salary : $52,000 - $54,080
