Nesco Resource is currently seeking a Customer Success Specialist for a top manufacturing client on the East side of Rochester, NY. This position will be managing customer requests, coordinating RMA's and providing quotations, to support our client's engineering team!
Pay Rate: $20.00 - $21.00/hr
Type: Contract to Hire
Shift: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

Job Requirements
- Provide quotations and technical documentation to clients
- Assist maintaining accuracy of service inventory levels
- Provide client support to ensure success from quote to order
- Process work orders and issue material requisitions for service
- Coordinate RMA's to provide quotes, purchase orders, invoicing, as required
- Follow-up on customer requests and communicate with customers to schedule RMA's
- Provide support to process tracking, expediting and recording of orders
- H.S. Diploma, required, B.S Degree in Business, desired
- Skilled in MS Office Suite Software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Prior ERP, Oracle and Salesforce experience, desired
- 2 years of prior experience processing work orders, invoicing, customer and vendor support, preferably in a manufacturing environment
