What are the responsibilities and job description for the Solutions Consultant position at NetBase Quid?
NetBase Quid is looking for a Solutions Consultant to partner with our Sales team on enterprise deals to demonstrate how our range of products solve for key business issues. With a variety of responsibilities, Solutions Consultants must be armed with strong communication skills, creativity, and the ability to think critically. A combination of both technical and industry related experience is essential to bring our product to life around solution-centered approaches to a range of use cases from Digital Marketing to Tech Scouting. As a Solutions Consultant you will leverage your ability to understand and solve for complex problems to surface and meet customers’ objectives using NetBase Quid. You are a strong presenter whose analytical nature and technical product skills are reinforced by your informed perspective to develop creative and adaptive approaches to winning customers over. You will manage and guide multiple projects from start to finish with a steady and collaborative hand that exudes positivity and a willingness to teach customers and colleagues.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct discovery meetings to uncover customers’ needs & objectives
- Consult Sales leads on the best solutions for prospects’ use cases and apply product knowledge to drive value throughout a sales cycle
- Develop and deliver high stakes sales presentations alongside sales executives to all levels of an enterprise both virtually and in-person
- Create sharp communication within presentations, emails and collateral that position the advantages of Netbase Quid's solutions within the context of the industry and customer’s priorities
- Gather and report creative insights for prospects that address their assumptions and drive action
- Master and maintain product knowledge across NetBase Quid’s range of evolving products in order to administer successful implementations, proof of concepts, trainings and trials
- Support Sales by authoring responses to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
- Collect and document customer requirements for the Product Management team
- Some travel may be required within a regional market to support sales executives
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 2 years of Pre-sales support at a SaaS technology company
- OR 4 years of experience at an enterprise, media/advertising/research agency, consultancy, or brand where comparable technologies were leveraged
- Experience with analyzing datasets and delivering insights to influence c-level executives
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Client deployment, oversight and client training
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Prior experience using NetBase, Quid, or a competitor is a plus
