What are the responsibilities and job description for the Growth Marketer position at Netchex?
Summary:
This position will lead the marketing team’s efforts to coordinate, build, launch and measure our nurture marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and qualified leads, with an extra focus on email programs. As the owner of a large portion of our top-of-funnel marketing, we need a proven email-focused marketer who can build on the existing success to increase the number of engaged leads marketing is creating for our national sales team. Hubspot experience is required, as you will be managing our workflows and audiences to create Marketing Qualified Leads to pass along to sales. You will also need to build engagement programs that include virtual events such as webinars, virtual meet-ups and more.
Essential Functions:
- Create and execute our engagement programs in Hubspot: build target lists, segment audiences, and create emails, promos and virtual events to convert prospects to qualified leads
- Work with our Sales team to collect feedback on leads and build email templates for sales to continue the customer journey to a meeting booked
- Build specialized, account-based marketing programs for our larger prospects, driving targeted messaging with a higher budget campaign to convert these needle-movers into qualified meetings.
- Drive the creation and refinement of differentiated product and solution positioning and messaging that resonates with our target market
- Be the expert on our buyer personas and their buying criteria, and understand the planning and decision-making cycle to create content and emails that meet the buyer where they are in their customer journey
- Work with the other members of the Marketing department to develop monthly and quarterly campaigns that will ensure we hit our revenue goals
- Able to set, measure, track and report on marketing contribution and program goals

Job Specifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 3 years experience in an email marketing role
- 3 years experience with Hubspot
- Salesloft and Salesforce experience is a plus
