About the Opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced program analyst to support our global Supplier Management Program. You will be responsible for driving and supporting various aspects of our global program related to risk management, performance measurements, stakeholder management, supplier engagement framework, and any other supplier management program aspects. This position will reside in our Los Angeles or Los Gatos office and will report to the global leader of Supplier Management.

Responsibilities:

  • Influence, educate, and hold accountable internal business partners, at all levels and across all business segments, within the end-to-end Supplier Management Program to ensure supplier oversight standards are consistently deployed within procurement processes
  • Build trust as the subject matter expert on the Enterprise Supplier Risk Management program; anticipate internal business partner needs and help drive risk management and contracting activities in a timely manner
  • Design solutions and processes to continually evaluate and monitor our supplier management program while applying counter measures and actions to facilitate improvements
  • Effectively communicate and cultivate relationships with all levels of employees across the organization, including partner teams like Legal, Privacy, Compliance, Finance, Sourcing Operations, Procurement Business Partners, and InfoSec to maintain integrity of supplier data and adherence to our global supplier management engagement model
  • Partner with various internal subject matter experts to support projects that proliferate supplier risk mitigation across the enterprise
  • Independently identify and manage resolution of complex issues related to supplier risk management
  • Prepare monthly supplier management workflow reporting focusing on service levels, risks, issues, proactively identified opportunities and ideas for improvements
  • Collaborate with the Supplier Ops and Program Lead in contributing to the development of innovative solutions to address process challenges
  • Other ongoing projects related to our global supplier management program

Qualities We’re Looking For:

  • 6 years of relevant vendor management, risk management, and P2P experience
  • Working knowledge and understanding of risk management, governance and vendor management processes, techniques and systems
  • Experience interacting and engaging colleagues and internal departments in a professional setting
  • Program management support - design, training/onboarding, ensuring compliance and adherence, and tracking KPIs and performance management
  • Organized, with exceptional attention to detail and adherence to timelines
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to root cause / problem solve independently
  • Ability to analyze, communicate and negotiate risk findings
  • Solid customer service skills, with experience enforcing adherence to compliance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Extra dose of awesomeness if you have:

  • Experience with procurement systems and relevant technologies
  • Vendor relationship management experience
