You will work on various tasks across Operations in Logistics, Supply Chain, Quality and Planning. You will work closely with members of the operations teams to complete assigned tasks and advocate for work that interests you. This role provides an opportunity to work with senior members of the operations team with cross-collaboration with other teams across the business and learn the daily operations of a global function.
During the Graduate Program, you will receive formal training and gain knowledge and invaluable international experience leading to both professional and personal development. The candidate will have 3 rotations in the first year across the areas of operations with the final year placement in an area identified by the business.
Qualifications: Completed a bachelor's degree Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related degree
Responsibilities:
Perform data analysis and generate requested reports.
Support requests from Demand and Supply Planning team members where needed in terms of data collection, analysis, archiving, and reporting.
Coordinate with customer, sales, material planners and distribution partners to maximize daily revenue and rationalize backlog management.
Assist with managing and organizing returns inventory.
Drive end-to-end supply chain execution plan with other Operation groups (logistics, customer order & service, and purchasing) for timely and efficient product delivery to achieve customer satisfaction and revenue goals
Analyze demand and support data, provide weekly OTD report from ODM to support revenue target and inventory control.
Enhance NPI material preparation process at ODM to increase efficiency and meet product launch schedule.
Co-ordinate with multiple ODMs and Distribution partners to tackle daily issues
Assure the shipping documentation meets customer’s requirement.
Review and manage shipping and service operations KPI’s.
Conduct various research on new technology, competition, customers, as well as industry to support new business models

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (notably Excel and Powerpoint); Knowledge in data analytics tools (e.g. Tableau, PBI etc.)

Required at times to attend early morning / evening meetings to coincide with different time zones.
