Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management or related field

Responsibilities
- Establish best practices in data technologies and data warehousing to collect and analyze large volumes of data, advancing efficiency optimization, predictive analytics, and BI reporting tools.
- Guide the organization in efficient data and resource management, best practices with Cloud-based big data, and data warehouse and reporting platforms and services.
- Establish best practices for data-related technical infrastructure including scalability, security, performance, data recovery, reliability.
- Design and develop Business Intelligence solutions.
- Design and document data structures/models and data flows.
- Interact with various business units and technical teams to gather requirements.
- Review and optimize current ETL processes.
- Accountable to ensure data quality and accuracy of data systems and sources
- This position may require availability outside of standard business hours as part of a rotational on-call schedule
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management or related field
- Experience with languages such as Java, Python, SQL, XML, Hive, Pig, and Spark, Kafka.
- Experience with Big Data technologies such as Hadoop, Kubernetes, Pig, HBase, Hive, Spark, Kafka
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL database systems
- Experience with data warehousing solutions
- In depth knowledge of database architecture
- Extensive experience with Extraction, Transformation and Load (ETL) tools, spreadsheets and BI tools
- Extensive data modeling and system development experience
- Analytical problem solving
- Effective Communication
- Work experience in the healthcare industry including clinical, financial and operational data
