We are searching for an enthusiastic Sales Enablement Manager should demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities, superb interpersonal skills, an aptitude for real time problem solving, multi-tasking skills, and excellent time-management. Your creativity, organizational skills, and vision will assist our organization in amplifying brand visibility, enhancing relations, and executing events that effectively communicate business strategy and brand personality to drive growth. This position will work in the Consumer Partnerships team to manage trade shows, strategic events and sales enablement content for multiple verticals and initiatives that enable customer-facing teams to drive pipeline development and deals. The position reports to the VP of Strategy & Sales Enablement and involves working closely with other members of the Consumer Partnerships team, Analytics and other cross-functional teams. This position is preferably in Austin, TX as hybrid and require ~50% travel; remote consideration possible. Responsibilities Execute on the day-to-day, tactical elements of sales enablement programs, including content curation, and ongoing support with internal stakeholder teams and platforms Manage and lead conference, tradeshow and other event planning including Researching and securing venues Pre-planning, Run-of-show, Setup/Takedown support Planning and managing events' calendars Monitoring timeframes and budgets Networking Delivering on event objectives. Negotiating quotes and agreements with vendors Updating senior management Managing branding and communication Developing event feedback surveys Obtaining permits Handling post-event reports Collaborating and assisting with design, flow and event-experience marketing Support efforts to evaluate existing sales/business development content, identify gaps and opportunities for improvement and update as needed Collaborate to create sales presentations, rich assets and experiences Track and measure the results of enablement programs, and regularly report results to key business stakeholders Support the administration and maintenance of sales enablement tools Identify areas where we can improve experiences and repeat business then communicate those issues and possible solutions to upper management Liaison between marketing and sales, collaborating with sales leaders and teams to understand objectives and support required Desired Skills/Education/Experience Minimum of 3 years in trade show/event planning for corporations An understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools and training Degree in public relations, communications, or hospitality. Event / Project management experience Practical working knowledge of multi-channel consumer marketing strategies Highly organized, detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and respond quickly in an ever-changing environment with aggressive deadlines Proven track record of focusing on solutions, key metrics and results, propelled by positive can-do attitude, energy and entrepreneurial spirit to achieve financial success Can establish productive relationships and influence change with internal and external partners Strong verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills Strong working knowledge of GSuite apps As provided in Netspend's Background Check policy, eligible candidates may be subject to drug, criminal history, and credit checks, which will be conducted and used in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal laws.
