WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Perform administrator functions such as user management, profiles, roles, permissions, rules, assignment rules, queues, licenses, capacity and storage management

Creates strategy and execute delivery of the Salesforce user provisioning initiative
-
Maintaining the overall Salesforce.com system, including Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and managed packages such as B2B Commerce
-
Manage dashboards, reports, forms, templates, page layouts, workflows and approvals
-
Collect user requirements for enhancements to the system by facilitating appropriate internal discussions
-
Have an ability to create and maintain custom objects, object relationships, standard and custom fields and set up integration where appropriate and in consultation with the project team

Act as a backup resource for promotion of the code changes across Salesforce environments
-
Work with end users to provide coaching around best practices and tips on Salesforce usage
-
Manage and maintain third party managed packages and make recommendations on tools that will provide better user experiences and efficiencies
-
Manage and stay current with Salesforce releases and corresponding documentation and provide new functionalities and solutions as needed

Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades

3 years as a Salesforce Administrator

Working experience of creating documentation for requirements, design, test, and training

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree preferred
