Network Doctor is a privately held, well financed IT managed services firm where company culture and teamwork are essential. Our firm provides IT support to hundreds of SMB companies in the NY-metro area, across a diverse range of industries including finance, healthcare, real estate, non-profit, and others.

Our finance team works closely with many individuals in our organization: the sales team, the project team, the procurement team, and the rest of the finance team. They help tie together the organization as a whole, including not only across different departments, but across the different divisions and locations as well.
The primary responsibility of this position is to oversee and execute the company's financial strategy, and make sure the finance team is all working towards the same results to support that strategy.
The future team member would work from our Englewood Cliffs, NJ office daily.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Execute the company's financial strategy
- Organize and manage all company finances and related systems, procedures and internal controls
- Budget, forecast, and help oversee current and future investments
- Create financial reports and ensure company funds are sufficient
- Manage and track budget and accounting information including billing, collections, and tax information
- Oversee all fiscal reporting, including income taxes
- Supervise and delegate tasks to the financial team
- Develop systems and procedures to accommodate growth, and to increase company profit while controlling expenditures
- Report to and assist the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to develop strategic plans and operational objectives
- Assess financial risks and work to minimize them

You're probably right for this job if you have:
- Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field; MBA preferred
- CPA preferred
- 10 years accounting experience in a managerial position
- Background in technology and a level of personal interest
- Customer service experience
- MSP Experience is a plus
- Experience with Office 365 product suite
- Experience with Sage-Intaact ERP
- Familiarity with the ConnectWise Suite of products is helpful but not a requirement
