What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Service Technician position at Network Outsource?
We are currently seeking a full-time Field Service Technician with 3 years of IT related experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist users desk side with software, hardware and network problem resolution.
- Install, test, and maintain a variety of computing and network hardware and software systems, with local area network and wide area network connections.
- Logs calls and takes appropriate action to ensure a satisfactory response with acceptable time frames for the user community.
Skills and Experience
- Basic networking familiarity
- A , Network , Security (preferred)
- Microsoft O365/Exchange, Server and Desktop Operating Systems
- Networking/Switching/Wireless/Firewall (preferred)
- Active Directory
- Self-starter who takes initiative every day
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal skills
