Network Perception’s Implementation team has ownership of new clients with regard to the management of the implementation of Network Perception’s NP Live and NP View cyber resiliency systems. The implementation team is the client’s main primary contact during the implementation process. This team is accountable for managing all aspects of the implementation process and ensuring a successful launch. This team combined the Network Perception solutions, critical thinking, and project management prowess to work in a fluid environment. The implementation process ensures the clients get started with Network Perception on the right foot for a long and successful relationship.
Job Description
The leader in this role will ensure the organizational readiness for an effective go-live – including recommending risk mitigating strategies to minimize challenges with the go-live.
As the Director of Implementation with Network Perception, you will have organization ownership for effective go-lives including risk mitigation tactics to minimize challenges with the go-lives across the organization.
As the leader of the team, you will be responsible for growing a talented team of Implementation Managers and managing resources to optimize the delivery of projects.
Develop growth plans for all of the team members to have growth potential at Network Perception.
Assign projects out to Implementation Managers that allows for business objectives to be met and for team members to develop new skill sets.
Continuously find and execute opportunities to improve the processes and procedures for the Implementation team.
Work with other functional stakeholders to find opportunities to improve cross-functional processes.
Align the teams to execute plans during regular staff meetings.
Own and lead internal initiatives to accelerate the growth of Network Perception. This includes high-value improvements to the product and partnerships.
Own and manage complex and straightforward implementations, facilitate strategic customer conversations, and collaborate cross-functionally to set up clients to achieve business value.
Create and maintain project plans for each customer while also maintaining standardized documentation around internal and external processes.
Create customized training packages to present to clearly explain the benefits, best practices, and functionalities of the Network Perception solution suite.
Lead weekly status calls with customers, discussing project status, best practices, and progress to implementation completion.
Facilitate hand-off from Implementation to Customer Success during meetings and regular check-ins.
Ability to speak knowledgeably on all technical components relevant to the implementation.
Elevate risks to implementation timelines to management for risk mitigation.
Implement multiple customers simultaneously.
Report out status to executives at Network Perception.
Help the client configure the Network Perception solution suite to fit their needs and requirements.
As an early-stage employee, assist in defining and implementing new best practices.
Assist in the training and onboarding of new members to the Implementation team.
Qualifications
5 years of experience working with enterprise customers in technology implementation or Project Management.
2 years of people management with team growth and department leadership experience.
A bachelor’s degree; knowledge of cybersecurity and firewall infrastructure are highly desirable.
Project Management certifications are an added plus.
An MBA is an added advantage.
Excellent ability to delegate tasks and prioritize team’s work.
Demonstrates a strong drive for efficiency, resolving problems, and getting the work done in a timely, quality-focused manner.
Have a customer-focused mindset with a sense of empathy and strong follow-up skills.
Fluent in English with excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing technical environment.
