What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Laborer position at Neuman Pools, Inc.?
Neuman Pools Inc, a premier builder of custom residential, municipal, and commercial concrete pools is accepting applications for Pool Construction Personnel. We are looking for people who want to work for a company that builds fun and entertainment!
Our Pool Construction Crews are responsible for all aspects of pool building to include:
· Building the concrete shells and deck: This process includes site preparation and excavation, rough framing, rebar installation, shotcrete, concrete flatwork, and PVC plumbing.
· Finishing / Tile installation: This process includes surface preparation, tile installation, coping installation, plaster preparation and installation, acrylic flooring, and PVC plumbing.
· Mechanical Installation: This process includes building the mechanical rooms and operating systems for our pools. This position combines multiple skill sets including PVC Plumbing, installation of Pool pumps, heaters, filtration systems, chemical systems, chemical balancing, system startups, programming/automation, and Auto Cover systems.
No Experience is necessary, we are willing to train. Skills you will learn:
- Rough Framing
- Rebar Installation
-Shotcrete Installation
- Proper use of hand tools and power tools
-Pouring, finishing, and shaping concrete
-Plumbing with PVC pipe
-Operation of skid loader, excavator, and/or other construction equipment
Applicant must be able to pass a physical and drug test. Paid Travel opportunities are available, but not required.
