Responsibilities:
- Facilitate business process reviews to identify customer requirements and processes
- Develop and continually improve automation and procedures
- Analyze and support infrastructure in AWS while monitoring system performance and recommend corrective actions
- Document the current environment and make sure it remains up to date using automation
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and support staff to ensure continuous and reliable delivery of service
- Translate customer requirements, while leveraging best practices and minimizing the need for custom development
- Develop technical requirements and specifications for customers and the technical delivery team
- Helps lead the design, analysis, development and implementation of Amazon Connect infrastructure solutions of projects and/or work requests for complex business solutions.
- Troubleshoots and proceeds on resolving complex infrastructure compatibility issues based on system architecture, project requirements, customer expectations, etc.
- May be involved in the creation of design specifications and the development and application of utility programs and may resolve escalated infrastructure compatibility problems as they arise

- Manage and monitor the different environments, which take part in the SDLC
- Embed efficiency into Solution Architecture and Development practices
- Build and manage CI/CD workflows and complex system integration.
- Install and foster DevOps and SRE culture to the entire engineering team.
- Manage and implement monitoring system for cloud infrastructure.
- Actively coach team members in developing their DevOps skill sets
Primary Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with other Technology team members to support DevOps approach, environment maintenance, data and integrations infrastructure, etc.
- Installation of tools to support Contact center applications.
- Work on custom automation solutions to support the team.
Required Skills
- Solid DevOps knowledge : Continuous integration, delivery and deployment; infrastructure as code
- Experience with testing practices and tools;
- Experience in software development in at least one of the following languages: NodeJS, Python, Java.
- Experience with databases (DynamoDB , Aurora Mysql or postgresql).
- Extensive experience in Cloud operations configuration and infrastructure management with tools like AWS CloudFormation and Terraform
- Executing and troubleshooting SaaS application deployment procedures
- Extensive experience with configuration management tools, such as Ansible
- Managing code repositories and CI/CD pipeline configuration
- Good understanding of Serverless Framework & Ability to write Lambda code
- Experience with one or more of the following containerization technologies: Docker, Kubernetes, or Amazon ECS.
Nice to haves
- Hands-on experience building complex solutions, ideally SaaS in the cloud
- Contact Center architecture knowledge
- Hands on experience building complex omni-channel contact center solutions
