What are the responsibilities and job description for the Salesforce Consultant/PM, Managed Services position at NeuraFlash?
AS A MANAGED SERVICES SR. CONSULTANT/PM YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

- Assess and manage multiple customer solutions and projects effectively
- Monitors and manages client budgets, scope, and timeline to ensure the project stays on track for assigned client projects
- Utilize Salesforce best practices and standards
- Acts as primary day-to-day point of contact for the client and the operational aspects of the project
- Prepare presentations and effectively facilitate meetings, such as having regular status meetings with the project team, sponsors, and all stakeholders
- Execute the role of Agile Scrum Master and guide the software development lifecycle (SDLC) process for systems and product delivery
- Work with our clients to define requirements, and propose & deliver solutions
- Bring a high level of energy and enthusiasm to NeuraFlash every day
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-5 years project management experience with packaged software or custom development implementation on the Salesforce Platform
- Experience applying Agile approaches to project management
- Experience with Salesforce, serving as project manager or scrum leader
- Experience with estimation/sizing and SOW/Change Order contracting
- Salesforce or AI delivery/solution experience, specifically overseeing blueprint and implementation projects on the platform
- Understanding of Customer Service and Project Management with experience solving Complex Use Cases utilizing the breadth of the Salesforce Platform
- Attention towards detail – detail oriented
- Strong team player
- Great communication skills
- Keep an open mind and must be flexible to change
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Any Salesforce Certifications is a Plus, preferably Salesforce Admin, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Sales Cloud or Field Service Consultant
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Experience working in a professional services/consulting environment
- Ability to work cohesively within a team and/or effectively as an individual
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or Management
- Professional and confident, while maintaining a focus on customer success
