Neuralink is seeking a Warehouse/Inventory Specialist who will be responsible for all of our warehouse operations! Y ou will implement a warehouse management system and ensure all inventory is logged and inserted into the warehouse organization platform (ORCA). You will be responsible for managing all warehouse logistics, items, inventory, and reporting, all while communicating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate takes charge on projects, has great leadership skills, and exceptional problem solving abilities.

Essential Functions:
- Oversee warehouse organization and inventory
- Set up layout of warehouse and ensure efficient and effective space utilization
- Assist with building out and implementing the warehouse tracking system
- Create efficient operational and personnel policies and procedures
- Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping requirements
Responsibilities:
- Ensure items are stored in the correct environment with proper care
- Ensure all inventory is tagged and tracked properly with QR codes
- Schedule items to be moved to and from storage units
- Works closely with S&R to ensure proper checking in/out of inventory
- Assist with deliveries when items are requested
- Maintain supplies quantities to instructed levels
- Perform periodic physical inventory counts
- Keep warehouse neat, clean and organized
- Work closely and partner with all teams
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience as a Warehouse/Inventory Specialist
- A strong background in warehouse/Inventory operations
- Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls
- Ability to work well with all levels of company staff
- Excellent leadership and problem solving skills
- Clear communication skills
- Available to work extended hours
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Be able to lift up to 50 pounds

- Experience in using ORCA
