Phoenix Medical Psychiatric Hospital is a part of the NeuroPsychiatric Hospitals, is currently searching for a Inpatient Master Social Worker/Therapist to join our Social Services team to support our patients at our hospital.

Responsibilities
- Accountable for overall treatment planning efforts, care conferences with families and providers, family and provider care updates, psychosocial needs and completion.
- Coordinate and facilitate the development of a discharge plan of care for the patient population which includes accountability for the complex discharge process.
- Ensure the experience of care for the patient and family is exceptional.
Qualifications
- Education: Master's in Social Work (MSW), Counseling, or related discipline required.
- Experience: Two (2) years of social work or counseling experience in inpatient behavior health setting or acute psychiatric setting
- Licensure: Currently licensed to practice Social Work or Counseling in the State of Arizona preferred
