What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barista position at Nevera Juice Bar?
Nevera Juice Bar is recruiting for Baristas/customer service reps. The Juice Bar attendant is responsible for performing daily task that align with Nevera's long term goals and objectives. Support management and leadership, provide excellent customer service, telephone etiquette, and actively aspires to reach defined goals and objectives.
The role of the customer service rep is:
1. To prepare and serve a variety of beverage and light food items for all guest including but not limited to: fresh juices, smoothies, wraps, fruit platters.
2. Process sales transactions for guest and prepares cash register shift reports, reconciliation, and cash counts at the end of shift.
3. Assist guest with questions and purchases on products.
4. Restock all juice bar items and make sure that shelves are full at all times.
5. Maintain a clean and sanitized environment and comply with all applicable health and safety codes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1-Basic understanding of food and beverage preparation.
2-Bilingual Spanish/English (Not required)
3-Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
4-Must have open availability.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Constantly standing and walking throughout the shift. Individual must be able to carry up to 45 pounds on occasion and up to 30 pounds regularly. If you feel this employment opportunity is right for you, please email a copy of your resume.
