We are seeking a proven Demand Generation leader to join our internal marketing team and oversee and elevate our customer acquisition and expansion efforts. In this role, you’ll identify growth opportunities, conceptualize and create strategies to help us unlock new revenue, and apply existing best practices while helping us pioneer new approaches and stay at the cutting edge.
The Day-to-Day:
- Own and drive new lead generation campaigns for both our own software applications as well as our managed services offerings. This may include ABM, customer expansion, and channel marketing initiatives.
- Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content.
- Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders across our organization and our partners (including HubSpot) to report on results, share insights, and build strategies.
- Autonomously develop, maintain and execute demand generation plans aligned with clear business goals.
In 90 Days You Will:
- Participate in our robust onboarding process and role-based training. We’re excited to support your success Day 1.
- Dig into our tech stack, existing marketing plan, our products and services, and experience our managed services as a client would.
- Partner directly with sales to track the customer journey from initial marketing touchpoints through deal close and customer onboarding.
In 6 Months You Will:
- Manage and optimize ideal customer profiles and buyer personas tied to specific customer needs and preferences.
- Define and track key metrics, develop dashboards, and deliver ad-hoc analyses.
- Partner with the Revenue Operations leader to optimize our acquisition funnel and lead nurturing processes through organic search, email, webinars, content, social media, and paid advertising - segmenting and optimizing our database and reporting to support these efforts.
- Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM, data services) and lead management processes across those systems.
- Report to Leadership, monthly and quarterly, how marketing programs impact revenue.
In 1 Year You Will:
- Stay on the cutting edge of marketing best practices by gathering and filtering new ideas from customers, colleagues and other experts; communicate and share best practices.
- Identify and test against new channels to inform and expand our acquisition strategy.
About You:
- You have 5 years of full-time experience in a B2B software marketing or agency marketing role.
- Your prior performance has been measured on revenue attribution.
- Demonstrated experience working with sales and sales leaders to implement a demand generation program.
- Expert level proficiency with data analysis, data-driven marketing strategy, and the ability to communicate insights across stakeholder groups.
- Expert level proficiency with marketing automation platforms, preferably HubSpot and Salesforce.

You'll work fully remotely from one of these states: Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Indiana, Maine, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New York, Ohio, Rhode Island, Texas, or Vermont.
