Job Description for Executive Personal Assistant
Based out of Annapolis, Maryland
This position reports to the VP of Operations but will also receive direct assignments from the CEO. The position will have primary responsibility for providing daily support to the company CEO. New Energy Equity is a fast-paced and rapidly growing company, so this position will be expected to work independently and meet scheduled completion dates. Typical duties shall include but not be limited to:
- Job Duties
- Schedule meetings and manage calendar for company CEO
- Answer phone calls and emails and take messages
- Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
- Help with daily time management for company CEO
- Run errands and complete tasks as requested for company CEO
- Plan travel, including flights, accommodations and ground transportation for company CEO
- Potentially travel with CEO, as requested, to arrange meetings and accommodations at location
- Provide transportation to and from events for CEO, customers and other employees of CEO’s company (vehicle will be provided)
- Coordinate events and speaking engagements for company CEO
- Draft correspondence such as emails and letters for company CEO
- Other activities as requested by CEO
- Qualifications and Candidate Requirements:
- Candidate should have a valid US Drivers License and clean driving record
- Candidate should be able to lift 50lbs regularly
- Adaptable to a dynamic work schedule
- Good work ethic

- Strong interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy and experience with word processing and email programs
