Sales / Project Manager - Located in Maine or New Hampshire
We are seeking an experienced and well-versed sales manager with a strong background in the construction/concrete industry and the ability to demonstrate years of success in a provided resume.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for finding and bidding on concrete polishing and epoxy projects on a scale of no less than 5,000 sqft.
- New and existing account development, site inspections, proposal deliveries, and material demonstrations
- Finding skilled workers, organizing a crew, overseeing a crew, meeting job deadlines, and productivity management.
- Successful candidate should have the motivation and desire to help grow and build regional sales
- Job has a required quota to meet monthly
Qualifications:
- Experience in general flooring, construction, or sales is required two to three years of experience is preferred.
- Solid qualifying and closing ability as well as a history of sales success
- The ability to work successfully both individually and within a team environment
- Solid time management skills and a strong motivation to develop new accounts
- Valid State driver's license (in good standing) is required
Compensation will be a combination of base salary and a percentage commission on gross net company profit.
Mostly Remote!
