Remote or Hybrid - Full time position with New Era
The Account Manager will lead cross-functional website portfolio projects with global and/or local brand teams, IDS, Omnichannel, compliance, medical, legal, regulatory, and other cross functional partners to ensure execution against defined project plans. They are expected to be a proactive problem solver and to develop and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with colleagues.
Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To
- Ensure launch readiness capability to support upcoming and ongoing launches,
- Support the development of website standards and guidelines that enable teams to deliver a purposeful, relevant, and intuitive website experience based on unique customer needs,
- Ensure frequent, continuous, and effective communications with team members and stakeholders to set expectations and negotiate priorities appropriately,
- Define, oversee, and maintain a master timeline for all websites in motion utilizing project management software,
- Track and communicate the progress of initiatives to internal stakeholders and external agency partners,
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of websites according to EWI standards,
- Proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact the business,
- Provide ongoing solutions and feedback to help improve the EWI operating model, streamline work across the affiliate, and enable compliance and efficiency,
- Partner with marketing teams and internal capabilities teams across IBU affiliates to understand brand strategy and deliver the best experience for our customers,
- Consolidate and deliver feedback between internal partners while looking for operational efficiencies to streamline work.
Review the overall health of websites using data-driven information to interpret monthly reports and influence website enhancements.
Salary : $85,000 - $103,000
