Position Description: Chef Manager
As our Chef Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the operation at the location. You will be an integral part of ensuring that everyone is served and safety practices are executed to the highest level.
Chef Manager responsibilities include:
- Managing and developing a team
- Scheduling labor
- Controlling profit and loss
- Maintaining inventory
- Ordering food and supplies
- Cooking daily meals of quality
- Building rapport with the client
- Ensuring excellent service
Minimum Qualifications:
- Prior management experience in the food service industry is required
- Prior culinary experience required
- Must be able to pass a background check.
