The I-Bank is seeking a IT Operations Manager to join our team. The IT Operations Manager reports directly to the Executive Director and oversees the implementation, organization, and troubleshooting of the network, hardware, and underlying communications protocols; maintains all technology-based assets and licenses; oversees network security and data integrity; assists with the integration of 3rd party software; leads in planning upgrades, capacity, and communication requirements; monitors overall performance, and conduct upgrades as required; is responsible for the IT annual budget; and manages the relationship with the MSP consultant overseeing all work of the v-CIO and all outside information technology consultants.
The I-Bank has created two proprietary, core enterprise application software solutions (EAS), H2LOans and NJ-Moves, which provide data management, project management and financial tracking solutions to support the I-Bank’s two loan programs, administered jointly with the NJ Department of Environmental Protection and the NJ Department of Transportation respectively. These EAS are the foundation for the application submission, project review and loan approval processes for projects financed by the I-Bank with State and federal funds and private bonds funds.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in Computer Science or a similar information technical area of study.
Experience: Three (3) years of experience in information technology with project management background or related work.
License: Appointee will be required to possess a driver's license valid in New Jersey only if the operation of a vehicle, rather than employee mobility, is necessary to perform the essential duties of the position.
