JOB DESCRIPTION
New Jersey Reentry Corporation is an employment-focused, data driven, non-profit organization serving court-involved individuals currently seeking a Case Manager with relevant work experience. This is a full-time salaried position, Monday through Friday, with a full benefits package. Case Managers will work directly with our clients to keep tack of their progress and assist them with removing barriers towards sustainable and pro-social employment. Case Managers are capable to make referrals to agency for service needed that will help remove barriers to successful employment.
Responsibilities:
The Case Manager will, at a minimum, become familiar with new clients' risk, needs, and skills that will affect employment during orientation week; administer sessions during clients orientation week; update client detail page on Salesforce with Intake Package; assist clients with applying for benefits programs, ie. Welfare, Medicaid, etc...
