New Leaf Remodeling, LLC is a local, woman-owned business providing excellent remodeling services to the residents of Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin. We are a smaller company that treats our employees like family.
We are in need of an Office Manager to join our team! We are looking for someone who is organized, has good people skills and an assertive personality.
Responsibilities:
· Answer Phones
· Check the mail
· Qualify home remodeling leads
· Schedule appointments
· Pay invoices timely
· Keep up with all certificates of insurance, agreements and licenses so they don’t expire
· Manage our website
· Manage online marketing and commercial rotations
· Invoice customers and follow up on payments
· Order office supplies
· Record meeting notes
Qualifications:
· Basics of Microsoft Word and Excel
· Ability to prioritize and multitask
· Ability to work well in teams
· Attention to detail
· Good communication skills and customer service
On the job training is provided
Job Type: Full-time
