New Perspective (Minnetonka, MN) is looking to add a dynamic Recruiter to join our HR/TA team.
This Recruiter will assist with continuing to build our teams with remarkable and compassionate talent for our rapidly growing senior living company. You're a full cycle recruiter who understands how to independently source quickly and creatively, while always keeping the candidate experience top of mind. You're highly responsive to our candidates, as well as, our hiring managers. You're incredibly skilled at sourcing top-notch candidates in a variety of functions (exempt, non-exempt, clinical). What’s best is that you will be a key player on helping our seniors to continue to live life on purpose by finding and hiring the best talent to support their needs.

Responsibilities
You're a full-cycle recruiter who understands how to independently source quickly and creatively, while always keeping candidate experience and engagement top of mind.
- Provide full-cycle recruiting support for various roles across the organization (exempt, non-exempt, clinical).
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs to identify the right talent and ensure hiring goals are met.
- Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using CRM, networking, social recruiting resources, cold calls, campus recruiting, and employee referrals.
- Act as a liaison with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, ensuring that they are kept up to date on the status of open requisitions, candidate pipeline and active candidate status and expectations.
- Ensure a phenomenal candidate experience each and every time.
- Manage a consistent, high-volume flow of qualified candidates through active and passive sourcing methods.
- Develop pipeline of candidates in niche areas as determined by market needs and business strategies.
- Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements and business needs.
- Ensure accurate data in ATS, trackers, and reports to support hiring metrics; regularly communicates recruiting status and results.
- Propose and assist with implementing ongoing innovations and improvements to recruitment process.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience with clinical or corporate recruitment.
- Ability to act as a partner and build strong productive relationships with our hiring managers and District Directors.
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly (UKG Recruiting Gateway, Phenom People).
- Experience leveraging online tools to source, recruit, and track candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Experience with CRM functions and campaigns to increase candidate engagement.
- Ability to independently manage multiple competing demands and to constantly reprioritize.
- Strong communication skills in-person, over the phone, digitally, and written.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to stay positive and motivated in a changing environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
