We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a part-time Airbnb property manager. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of our property, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining the property’s condition.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine property inspections on Mondays and Fridays (approximately 1 hour each day).
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate cleaning and maintenance services as needed.
- Manage property calendar and reservations.
- Handle key exchanges and guest check-ins/check-outs.
- Maintain property cleanliness and upkeep.
- Respond to and address maintenance issues (repair knowledge is a plus).
Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with property management software (preferred).
Schedule:
This is a part-time position requiring approximately 4 hours per week. The schedule includes approximately 1 hour on Mondays and Fridays for property inspections, with the remaining 2 hours to be compensated for during weekends.
Compensation:
