New York Tech seeks an Assistant Director of Enrollment Services, located at the Long Island (Old Westbury, NY) campus.
Reporting to the Director of Financial Aid, the Assistant Director of Enrollment Services will provide exceptional customer service to students through cross-functional responsibilities in the offices of Admissions, the Bursar, Financial Aid, and the Registrar. The Assistant Director serves as a front-line counselor to current and prospective students and will also be responsible for student service processing functions in each office.
This position may require work on both our New York City and Long Island campuses, as in line with NY Tech policy, and may be eligible for some remote work. This position may require some night and/or weekend hours.
