Compensation :
$65,000 - $95,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Evaluate and manage insurance claims for current policyholders to ensure timely resolution and oversee the progress of ongoing claims
- Utilize a variety of marketing strategies to attract leads and present insurance products in an engaging manner to potential clients
- Offer consultations to assess the insurance needs, risk factors, existing coverage, and financial position of potential customers, providing tailored guidance
- Maintain accurate documentation, databases, and financial records to ensure information is up-to-date
- Perform customer service responsibilities such as greeting new clients, scheduling appointments, and addressing questions related to billing, coverage, and insurance policies
Qualifications :
- Ideal candidates will have a background in health insurance or life insurance to excel in this role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for success in this position.
- Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite is a mandatory requirement for all applicants.
- Holding an active Life & Health insurance license is highly advantageous, or candidates must be willing to obtain one.
