IT Analyst
Sky Federal Credit Union is searching for a Full Time individual who will be responsible for assisting in the Administration and support of SKYFCU’s IT Dept. Applicants must have experience and working knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, Windows Server Platforms, Networks, networking protocols, Microsoft office applications, Computer hardware, assembly, and various internet protocols. Job responsibilities include but not limited to: Support the Credit union’s local area and wide area network hardware and software to ensure that back end functions, systems, PC’s, Servers and all peripheral products are operational. Research and diagnose IT problems within the entire infrastructure, troubleshoot, and provide solutions. Perform Application install/upgrades. Respond to user problems on PC’s to include software applications, systems integration, or individual hardware problems. Applicants should possess strong troubleshooting skills. Excellent benefits.
