Iowa County is seeking applications for two (2) full-time Social Worker positions within the Social Services Department (Youth and Family Unit and Aging and Disability Resource Center). Youth and Family Unit: Essential duties include but are not limited to child protective services and youth justice in accordance with statues and Department of Children and Families standards. Aging and Disability Resource Center: Essential duties include but are not limited to Adult Protective Services in accordance with statues and Department of Health Services standards.Minimum Qualifications Minimum requirement of Bachelor’s degree in Social Work orother closely related field Preference for one year recent professional experience in therelated area of which you are applying, or any combination ofeducation and experience that provides equivalent knowledge,skills, and abilities Minimum requirement of current Wisconsin Social Workcertification or the ability to attain the certification within two yearsof employment.
