Under the direction of the Payroll/ Billing Manager, process payroll for all Newegg Staffing employees for multiple locations and provide all related reports and payroll related documents. Must be professional with the ability to multi-task and have great customer service skills.

This position performs a variety of routine duties within established policies and procedures or by referral to supervisor's guidelines. Physical Functions: Sitting required 90% of the time. Walking and standing required 5% of the time respectively. No heavy lifting required. Constant keyboarding and telephone usage.
Work Environment : Must be comfortable in a cubicle environment

- To perform this job successfully, an individual must have intermediate knowledge of Payroll operation and be able to perform each all duties satisfactorily. The requirements listed in the essential duties and responsibilities and representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Process payroll for all Newegg Staffing employees, all locations.
- Process final check, payroll adjustments, garnishments, and off-cycle incentive payouts.
- Process payroll transactions, including stop payments and direct deposits
- Audits employee time records in ADP Workforce Now Time and Attendance System, which includes exception time to ensure employees are accurately compensated for the hours they worked
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports to Management.
- Manages workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
- Year-end reporting and processing of W-2's and tax reports.
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now system.
- Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills.
- Special projects as required.
- Educational experience requires a minimum of high school diploma.
- 2 to 3 years of payroll experience.
- Associate degree and/or Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP).
