Responsibilities
Planning & Coordination (50% of weekly tasks)
- Connect with both internal and external clients to determine best course of action for events/programs with technical setups
- Making plans to execute those setups
- Management of Resources
- determining where and when hardware and people are being utilized
Events & Programs (30% of weekly tasks)
- Management of crews to aid in the setup, execution, and tear down of events/programs
- Helping set up, execute, and tear down events/programs as needed based on need
- Management of crews for our larger festivals and experiences
Infrastructure (20% of weekly tasks)
- Assisting in design and execution of plans to help maintain and grow technology in event/programming spaces, our immersive projection space, meeting spaces
- Management of projects based on our maintenance and improvement plans
- Aiding in plans for our larger festivals and experiences
Required Skills
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- Advanced knowledge of videotaping, editing, audio equipment, electrical&audio signal and film.
- Good organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills including Office, PowerPoint, Keynote, QuickTime, VLC, Qlab, and many other software’s associated with video, audio, and lighting hardware
- Basic Networking skills
Educations and/or Experience (please use bullet points)
Technical Production Assistance Manger will possess:
- High School diploma Preferred
- Two to three years’ experience with general maintenance of audio, video, and lighting equipment along with setup of those systems as well.

We will work indoors and outdoors in conditions that can be extreme at times; temperature, rain, wind, etc.… Working in darker spaces and heights is a need.
