Product Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding the development of innovative products from conception through launch. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet market needs and align with our strategic goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of software development processes, and experience with user acceptance testing.

Duties
- Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to define product vision and roadmap.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancements.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate product functionality and usability.
- Utilize tools such as Balsamiq for wireframing and prototyping product features.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements and provide updates on product progress.
- Implement SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodologies to enhance team productivity and collaboration.
- Stay informed about trends in the Internet of Things (IoT) space to drive innovation in product offerings.

Experience

-Understanding of Inventory, Controlled food waste.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in software development environments.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of managing cross-functional teams effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
- Experience working in an office environment while maintaining flexibility for remote collaboration when necessary.
-A background in developing products related to IoT is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $37,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
