Newman Tractor is a rapidly growing heavy equipment company seeking a Marketing Specialist for our Florida locations, that is ready to take on a position where you can play in creative landscapes all day! In this role, you will work to increase brand awareness and market growth by deploying local marketing strategies and implementing the right marketing mix across our Florida region. Additionally, responsible for developing compelling content to support market specific campaigns and ensure the consistency of the NT brand strategy. Expanding our digital presence across many different platforms - driving brand awareness and customer engagement that brings to life our company mission of Family, Integrity, Machinery.
What You’ll Do:
• Know the customer. Know the magic. Connect the two. At its core, marketing at Newman Tractor starts with the customer and leverages technology, to bring them both together in unconventional ways.
• Assist in strategic planning with the broader marketing team by developing regional market penetration tactics and drive execution of marketing programs to achieve stated business goals.
• Produce highly effective digital campaigns across multiple channels and deploy market specific content to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
• Assist in managing social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok) and editorial calendar to ensure content is timely, relevant, and engaging.
• Work collaboratively with the broader marketing team to optimize content for ongoing website development to optimize our regional SEO performance.
• Partner with Marketing Leadership to oversee alignment of all marketing materials, branded items, and swag to adhere to the NT Brand Guidelines and order supplies when necessary, including branded swag, brochures, banners, signs, etc.
• Conduct regular market visits to define regional customer personas and understand the latest trends to develop new programs and attract new customers.
• Oversee and participate in regional / local marketing events such as trade shows, conferences and NT hosted community events to build brand exposure.
• Utilize HubSpot to monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across channels and content types that support regional business goals.
• Be an ambassador for the brand, and build relationships with local community members, providing thought-leadership, inspiration, and best practices to ensure the success of the NT brand across all outreaches.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Public Relations, Marketing or related fields.
• Project management experience delivering projects from brainstorming to execution.
• Experience with digital marketing platforms, social media and CRMs.
• High-Level Microsoft Office Suite skills, with emphasis on PowerPoint, Excel and Word.

Salary : $38,500 - $48,700
