Overview
The IT Analyst role will provide a wide range of hands-on hardware, software, and customer support in a chemical manufacturing environment. This role will be guided in daily activity by the site lead, IT Generalist.
Must be adaptable to changing priorities, processes and working on multiple projects while maintaining excellence in site customer service. Must possess the ability to process knowledge quickly and put to practical use. The qualified candidate will have a broad skillset/awareness to provide support across all IT functions.
The candidate will work on-site in a chemical manufacturing facility and maintain a safety-first mentality on every task.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting of PC internals and peripheral devices
- PC Imaging
- Support of Microsoft Office and related software
- Support of various applications (COTS and bespoke)
- Server back-up/tape management
- Asset tracking/reporting
- Support SLA utilizing ITIL ticket/request /reporting tools
- Support of site printers
- Support site cameras and scan card access system
- Support of Cisco IP phone equipment/networking
- After hours and on call availability (mostly remote)
- Willingness to participate in other projects and duties as assigned, which may be non-IT related at times
- Additional support as required

Qualifications
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE MINIMUM
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Comp TIA A / Network Certifications
- 5 years Information Technology experience demonstrating progressive levels of responsibility
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
- Experience working in a manufacturing plant environment
- ITIL Foundations v.3 or above certifications
