Public Housing Occupancy Specialist
The Housing Authority of Newport is currently accepting resumes for the part-time position of Public Housing Occupancy Specialist.
This individual will maintain compliance with program rules and regulations; execute paperwork necessary for assistance; calculate tenant rents;
document client files; perform data input; assist with other occupancy matters.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products. Excellent math and communication skills a must. Previous experience in Public
Housing and Low Income Housing Tax Credit programs a plus.
