Manager, FP&A

Role Overview/ Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Manager, FP&A to join our Management Reporting and FP&A team in furtherance of the goals provided by the CEO, CFO & COO.

Responsibilities:
• Forge relationships with senior executives of Corporate Depts and other cross-functional operational groups and be the go-to finance lead.
• Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgets, Forecasts and Long Range Plan
• Understand expense drivers, analyze trends and determine variance explanations for senior management reporting packages. Have a holistic view of business risks/opps and financial impact
• Develop Free Cash Flow models using both the direct and indirect method
• Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing variances
• Analyze and maintain cost allocation methodologies to the divisions used in annual budget and monthly forecasts
• Prepare executive reports and board deck materials for quarterly meetings including P&L and Cash Flow commentary
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Adopt and improve models ensuring operational efficiency
• Ad hoc analysis as needed and other duties as assigned by management

Desired Qualifications:
• 7+ years of accounting, finance, and/or analytics experience
• Flexible and willing to work in a constantly changing environment
• Supervisor/Manager experience a plus
• Advanced analytical skills
• Use of the following systems a plus, Essbase, Adaptive Analytics, Python, SalesForce (SGL)
• Strong attention to detail, well-organized, self-starter
• Ability to multi-task and set priorities in a fast-paced environment
