The largest news team on local television is seeking a morning weather/traffic anchor to join our group, providing content for newscasts and digital platforms. KEYT, OEYT and KKFX host the latest state-of-the-art Baron weather and traffic system, which you will use to create eye catching content telling the weather and traffic story each day on air and online. We utilize all screens to tell the story, and consistently engage with viewers and readers to be an essential part of the communities we serve.
This is NOT a position for beginners: a minimum of one years' on-air experience at a commercial television station is strongly preferred, along with a demonstrated ability to create and present weather information on multiple platforms. A meteorology degree is strongly preferred. Bilingual skills in Spanish are strongly preferred. This is a position perfectly situated for a team player who enjoys being part of a creative group dedicated to quality and excellence in the on-air and online product.

Pay range: $45,500 - $50,500.
