Job Description
The Subcontract Administrator will work with our Project Management and Administrative teams to evaluate, oversee, and organize contracts and subcontracts. They are responsible for ensuring that all contracts comply with local and federal laws, and that both parties follow the terms of the agreement, all to ensure we meet deadlines for completing a project successfully. Activities include:

Subcontract Administration:
- Maintain Budgets with customer & in Procas
- Monthly Financial Reporting
- Government Reporting (i.e., OSHA 300 report)
- Vendor Data Entry, Bison Time File, iSTKS,
- Processing Mods / Paperwork
- Deliverables (safety reports, MPRs, etc.)
- CUI Registry Updates

Maintaining Office Contracts
- Janitorial (includes ordering supplies)
- Cintas
- Fastenal
- Property Lease
- Vehicles
Quality Management:- General document management, both electronic and physical copies

Participate in Monthly and Quarterly QMS meetings
- preparing meeting slide templates
- recording actions in task management software
- gathering various reports for QMS manager prior to meetings
- Complete vendor evaluations in QMS software
- Updating vendor information and certifications in QMS Software
- Basic research on vendors to obtain contact and other pertinent information
- Upload various meetings and project documents into QMS software platform
- Assist as needed with Quality audits
- This position requires ~25% of time dedicated to performing QMS Related Activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in business administration, computer science, accounting or related field preferred. A combination of experience and education may be considered
- A minimum of (2) years of related work experience
- Must have a valid Driver’s License and satisfactory driving record
- Must demonstrate a high level of proficiency using MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Task management software experience is a plus (Asana, Wrike or similar project tracking software)
To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, applicant must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
Salary : $52,600 - $66,600
