Schedule: Monday - Friday ( Including weekends )

Utility Worker Job Description:
The Utility / Prep reports to the Chef Manager. This Utility / Preps responsibilities will include washing dishes, pots and pans and other equipment as assigned and maintaining a clean work environment. Also, the Utility / Prep will assist in daily preparation of food for the cafe. Representing not only the client but NexDine as well, this Utility / Prep needs to exhibit great customer service in all aspects of this job.
Utility Worker Responsibilities:
Utility
- Maintain clean work areas as assigned
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand
- Properly store equipment or utensils
- Responsible for trash removal and storage in appropriate containers.
- May sweep, mop or scrub floors.
- Clean equipment as assigned, including but not limited to, ovens, broilers, stoves, slicers, and steamers.
- Assist with stocking supplies in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars. Transfer supplies or equipment between storage and work areas, by hand or using hand trucks or carts.
- Provide excellent customer service to include being attentive, approachable, greeting and thanking customers.
- May perform other cleaning duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Utility Worker Requirements:
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be dependable
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
- Good Driving Record
Must pass a Background Check to work in this location.
Pay Frequency:
- Weekly - Direct Deposit
