Job Summary
We are seeking an Inbound Customer Service Representative to help solve issues for our patients. In this position, you will answer phone calls and emails from our patients, work to find solutions for our patients. You may also answer questions from potential patients. In this position, you will also be working the front receptionist area where you will be directing people entering the building. The main qualifications for this role are strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a background in customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails from patients and potential patients
- Solve any issues that may arise
- Log all calls, issues, and solutions
- Redirect traffic coming into the building
- Receive packages & incoming samples
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Customer service experience
- Strong phone and computer skills
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Elgin, IL 60123: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
