Next Generation School seeks an enthusiastic and energetic individual to serve as administrative support in our Primary and Middle School program.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Head of School and other administrative staff in the organization and management of the daily activities and functions of the school
- Ensuring the front office is organized and runs efficiently
- Maintain organizational databases and filing systems
- Collaborate with other team members in the administration of STEAM Studio
- Serve the students and families of NGS with professionalism and courtesy
Job Skills & Qualifications:
- Ability to relate to students and their families while serving the school community in a warm, friendly manner
- Effective and courteous communication
- Impeccable organization skills and attention to detail
- Experience in bookkeeping
- Ability to multitask and be efficient in a high-paced environment
- Confidence with Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and other online programming
- Ability to organize, support, and lead in a team environment
Job Type: Full-Time
Starting salary: Salary is negotiable and commensurate with education and experience.
