Off·ice goal·ie (n): Someone who catches everything that is thrown at them. They have exceptional skills in multitasking, completing data entry type tasks, running errands, scheduling appointments, planning events, etc. Ultimately, they contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members.

Responsibilities include event planning, facilities arrangements, technology needs, and other administrative projects and duties as assigned. This is a new position in our growing organization and has the potential to grow and evolve with us!
Responsibilities
- Support day to day office operations
- Maintain and coordinate schedules, appointments, and calendars
- Maintain an organized DIGITAL filing system
- Place orders for office equipment or business needs
- Take meeting minutes and be the time-keeper for meetings
- Special projects as assigned
- Organize events
Qualifications
- Associates degree required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- Proficient in the Google platform
- Working knowledge of basic office applications used to support operations required
- Customer service experience, 1-2 years
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to organize and create orderly systems
Requirements
- Ability to support a team environment of shared work & shared success
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive Payroll/Accounting/HR information
- Adapt to working under pressure within tight deadlines
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently or team environment with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with common communications tools including web and social media required
- Effective verbal and written communication skills required
- Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with others
Special Conditions
- Occasional evening/weekend hours required
- Flexible full-time hours
- Some work from home may be able to be accommodated
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
