Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Cashier/Drink Maker to join our team. As a Cashier/Drink Maker, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service and ensuring smooth transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide a welcoming experience
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Answer customer inquiries and assist with product location
- Upsell products or services to customers
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Skills:
- Proficiency in retail math for handling transactions
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate cash handling
- Ability to upsell products or services to increase sales
- Knowledge of food handling procedures (nice-to-have)
- Experience with bussing tables or food service (nice-to-have)
- Familiarity with food preparation (nice-to-have)
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently
- Exceptional customer service skills to address customer needs effectively
- Experience with Square POS system is a plus
