Nextant is looking for a driven UX Designer 2 to join our client team.

Responsibilities:
- Delivering design and innovation across one or more facets of the design process, including?sketching,?prototyping, storyboarding, information architecture, interaction design, and usability.?
- Leverage and contribute to Azure design patterns.?
- Work in an iterative manner, scoping and prioritizing work across multiple projects.
- Advocate for the user?and champion industry-leading, inclusive,?and?user-centered design practices.??
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of industry experience in interactive design, and /or visual design.
- Track record of creating or improving product UX.??
- Figma or Adobe CC | 3 Years of Experience.
- Programming or HTML/CSS skills | 2 Years of Experience.
- Motion Design/Video Creation/Animations | 2 Years of Experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present your work to peers across?disciplines.
- Ability?to think creatively and critically about design?problems.???
- Comfortable and enthusiastic about designing solutions in a complex product space with ambiguous challenges.??
- Experience with?an?iterative design process.??
- Experience prototyping.?
- Fluent in current design tools (Figma,?Adobe CC, etc.)?
- Some programming?or?HTML/CSS skills. Familiarity with computational concepts, and experience with software engineering is a plus.?
- Some experience with motion design or video creation.?
- Ability to work within tight timelines and with excellent project management skills.??
- Ability to scope and estimate efforts accurately and prioritize tasks independently.
- A portfolio review presentation is?required to interview for this role. Your presentation should communicate your work experience and demonstrate your design and communication skills.?

Pay Rate:
The annual salary rate for this position in Washington State is $89,000.00 - $98,000.00. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Nextant considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills, and market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Candidate must be in Washington, Texas and Florida.
