Position Specific Description
We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our NextEra Energy Transmission (NEET)/GridLiance group and provide essential departmental and administrative support to our staff in Juno Beach, FL. Gridliance is a wholly owned subsidiary, electric transmission utility company that collaborates with rural electric cooperatives, municipal utilities, joint action agencies and others to plan for the future of the grid.
This role will involve managing multiple calendars, setting up meetings, coordinating team events and activities, and handling general correspondence and expense account submissions.

Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage and coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and secure meeting locations.
- Coordinate with facilities for any required support and maintenance.
- Handle general correspondence and communication on behalf of the team.
- Submit and track expense accounts, ensuring timely processing and accuracy.
- Manage invoice processing, vendor records and other information using SAP.
- Assist in tracking budgets and financial activities, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Maintain excellent records, particularly in Excel, to ensure data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Plan and execute team events and activities, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with SAP for invoice processing and vendor maintenance.
- Strong written communication skills, including spelling, grammar, punctuation, and vocabulary.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Self-starter with the ability to act independently when appropriate.
- Experience in planning and organizing events.
- Has excellent organizational and time-management skills.
