About the Job
What we’re looking for:
We are in search of a self-motivated individual to join our fast-growing and dynamic team. The responsibilities of this position will require a rising finance leader with strong technical and analytical expertise. This role will initially assist with and eventually drive reporting to Private Equity management. The selected candidate will create analysis related to budgeting, forecasting, financial results, and performance metrics tailored to specific initiatives of existing business units. As applicable, the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will participate in M&A modeling and business unit integration.
What you’ll be doing:
Monthly Management Reporting- Monthly KPI’s & Score Cards
- Quarterly Forecasting
- Variance Analysis
- Annual Budgeting
- M&A Modeling, Synergy Valuation
- Financial Integration & On-Boarding
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
- 3-7 Years Experience in Corporate Finance or Accounting, PE Experience preferred
- Enterprise-Level Business System, Business Intelligence & Data Model Comprehension
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite / Outlook, Mastery of Excel.

- Must possess a positive attitude and interact impressionably with stakeholders, colleagues, and acquisition prospects.
